Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your wood flooring purchase. Please read our return policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions for returning products.


Return Eligibility

Because wood flooring is a delicate product and shipped on pallets, we only accept returns for products that are damaged upon arrival.

  • You must inspect all packages for damage at the time of delivery, before the driver leaves.

  • If you find any visible damage to the packaging, such as broken or opened boxes, or damage to the pallet, you must refuse the shipment.

  • We cannot accept returns for products once the delivery has been accepted. This is because we cannot guarantee the condition of the flooring after it has been handled and stored by the customer.


Damaged Shipments

If you find damage and refuse the shipment, please do the following:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packages and the entire pallet.

  2. Contact us immediately to report the damage. You can email us at [Your Email Address] or call us at [Your Phone Number].

  3. We will submit a claim with the shipping carrier. We will then work with you to arrange for a new shipment as soon as possible.

 

Manufacturer's Warranty

The quality of the flooring itself is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. This warranty addresses any defects in the product itself, not damage from shipping. For more information on your specific product's warranty, please refer to the documentation included with your order or visit the manufacturer's website.

 

Returns for Other Reasons

We do not accept returns for any other reason, including:

  • Excess product or over-ordered material

  • Unopened, undamaged boxes

  • Changes in color or style preference after delivery

  • Product that has been opened, installed, or altered in any way

 

Return Shipping Costs

If a return is accepted due to shipping damage, you are not responsible for the return shipping costs. However, in the rare case that a return is approved for another reason, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund.
